1. Ordering Guide

Step 1: Visit the website and choose the desired product for purchase.

Step 2: Click on the product you want to buy. Then, click on the "Contact Supplier" section. A pop-up screen will appear, where you will enter all necessary information and click "Send Information." We will promptly contact you to assist you further.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed through a confirmation email. You are legally required to receive and may want to print or save this confirmation for future reference. It will contain order details, including the chosen delivery address. Delivery of goods will depend on the order placement date.

3. Price and Payment

Product prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), inclusive of delivery and other related costs. Payments must be made in USD. We accept Visa, Paypal, or MasterCard payments, and your account will be charged as soon as the order is placed.

4. Quotation

The validity of a quotation depends on the time from the date of the quotation. Any changes in price after this period will be communicated to the customer. Product prices do not include shipping costs or import taxes. Bulk buyers and loyal customers receive special pricing policies.

5. Payment Terms:

• Sample Order: 100% payment via Paypal (Please note that although a free sample is provided, the payment is required upfront. Shipping costs for the sample order are non-refundable.)
• Official Order: 50% deposit via T/T, and 50% against the copy of original documents or L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal, VTCPay, Visa, Master.

6. Discount for Customers: We aim to offer the best prices to our customers. While there are no standard discounts, loyal and bulk-buying customers receive customized offers specific to each order and customer.

7. Delivery Time:

• Delivery time: Approximately 30-45 workdays after receiving the deposit.
• Sample time: About 7-10 days.

• Certificate of Origin (C/O)
• Fumigation certificate
