Q1. Is sample free or refundable?
A: Actually, it depends on the products. For low-value (under $20) products, we will provide free samples and freight collection. But for some high-value samples, it needs sample costs and freight costs. Please confirm that all sample costs can be refunded after the order is placed.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days; mass production usually needs 30-35 days, depending on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 40–50 days.
Q3. Can MOQ be smaller?
A: Yes, and you can mix a variety of models together as long as the container is full or LCL shipment is more than 5cbm.
Q4. How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3–5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Q5. How do you handle quality problems?
A: We have 18 years' experience and a professional quality control team. And we could confirm with our factory and our shipping agent that we will be accountable for every problem to protect your profits and rights.
Q6. What are your terms of payment?
A: By TT 50% of the total amount as an advance payment within 2 days after PI date, and by TT 70% of the total amount as a balance within 2 days after the seller shows a copy of the B/L via mail.
Q7: Which are the packaging types?
A: We packed in cartons or as per the customer's request.
• Each basket is packed in a polybag.
• All outer cartons are 3ply to 5ply standard export cartons as usual.
Q8: Can we visit your manufacturing site or factory?
A: Of course. You are more than welcome to visit us at anytime; however, we do ask that you call or email us in advance to arrange a visit beforehand.
